About Me

2016-09-03-15-24-28My Twitter bio goes thus: sometimes writer, sometimes journalist, sometimes OAP, sometimes Social Media strategist, Always Christian! I like that bio.

Full name? Timothy Konyehi! I hold a degree in Computer Science from Bowen University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the prestigious School of Media and Communication, Pan Atlantic University (formerly Pan African University), Lagos Nigeria where I finished top of my class.

My love for writing caused me to start Zjolt, an exciting Christian blog in 2011. Writing has also given me opportunities to work on some projects like the Nigerian Idol (season 2), The Future Awards, etc with Red Media Africa in 2012. My freelance assignments have led me to consult for one of Nigeria’s biggest motivational speakers Niyi Adesanya and FifthGear Consulting, TEDxKids@Asorock, Global Impact Church, LIMBSimple, amongst other things.

I have had some fun with social media too, writing content and being Head of Strategy for an agency where some pretty cool things happened: for example we worked with a leading commercial bank in Nigeria to become one of the best 30 banks in the world using social media to do business, we also made the same bank become the most socially relevant brand on Facebook in Nigeria for two months back to back in 2015.

In 2015 the coolest thing by far happened to me: I answered God’s call full time. Therefore these days I am studying to Masters of Divinity in Theology at the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary (NBTS). And also I serve at this very cool church, Higher Ground Baptist Church, Ogbomoso.
